1. 10th Class Mark list
2. 12th Class Mark list
3. Character Certificate
4. Provisional Certificate 
5. Category Certificate (if any)
6. Migration Certificate ( only for students other than jkbose )

Here is the Complete procedure for counselling for taking admission in cluster university of Jammu Ist Semester in respective College 

1. First of all, reached GWC Gandhi Nagar College on time ie. 09:00 am for the morning shift and 12:30 pm for the evening shift.
2. Then check your Document again Before Entering in the Hall.
3. After that, write your Name, Application No. and Contact No. on the back side of Demand Draft.
4. Then fill your Gate pass Carefully.
5. Fill Subject Combination according to vacant Seats.
